• Minor Changes: Text and/or images to any existing pages at your request - we define "minor" as: "Can we do it in less than 30 minutes?"
• 15% discount on shop rates for other work
• Quarterly maintenance of your home page for search engine optimization
• Linked and featured from our own Google Page Rank 6 site
• Linking from any other relevant sites we own - primarily accommodation and recreation sites

Does NOT include:

• Major Changes: updates that take more than 30 minutes cost
• New Page addition / integration
• New web template
• Programming
• Custom Work: cgi, php, mySql, java, 360 tours, flash, video, audio, graphics and logos, SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
• Ongoing Search Engine Optimizing and/or submissions of any pages other than your home page.  When we first build your site we architecturally build it so that your entire site (i.e. all your pages) are search engine friendly.  We include robots, meta-tags and links to enable search engines to find all of your pages once they visit your home page. To continually tweak and submit each page of your site over and above the home page (which is included in our annual maintenance contract) would cost $200.00 per extra page per year. (less 15% if on plan)
• Working on your own Web Site? If you break your web site by doing anything listed below, or if in any way your actions create extra work for the northStudio.com administration, marketing, design or programming team, the changes to correct the problem(s) if done by northStudio.com will be billed at our published shop rates.

Pricing:

• Annual Plan Fee: Web Administration / maintenance costs for a website range from $400.00 - $900.00 /  YEAR varying with the size and complexity of the site as well as the historical work load associated with the site. The number of links from our own sites will also increase the annual fee.
• Hourly - Without a Plan
  Shop rates are $65.00 for TECH SUPPORT, general updates and/or edits | $75.00 graphic and print design and Flash | $95.00 programming, database, SEO and SEM | $200.00 flat fee per page to add and integrate new pages
• Hourly - With a Plan
  Deduct 15% from shop rates posted above
